Product description
  • Supports large-volume fully automatic continuous production, manufacturing high-quality corrugated cardboard complying with industry standards. Adopts centralized integrated control system, easy operation & maintenance, stable safe running condition, effectively cuts labor cost.
  • Flexible overall layout, total equipment length ranges from 50m to 100m, total installed power 100-200kW. Customers can choose electric mill roll stand or hydraulic mill roll stand according to actual production demands.
  • Corrugating unit equipped with 280-405mm diameter corrugated rollers driven by variable speed adjustable motors, stable cardboard forming, uniform corrugation shape to guarantee flat cardboard surface.
  • Double cylinder glue mounting machine with internal double-layer paper suction structure. Realizes stable paper feeding and accurate paper guiding, ensures even glue application, avoids glue overflow or insufficient sizing.
  • Multiple speed specifications optional: model with design speed 200m/min, practical working speed 180m/min, corrugated roller diameter 380mm; another model with design speed 180m/min, practical working speed 150m/min, roller diameter 360mm.
  • Drying oven total length 7.8m, configurable with 9-18 heating components. Efficient heat transfer ensures thorough drying of glued cardboard, prevents warping and deformation.
  • Setting section length 3.8-5m, equipped with multiple sets of symmetrical pressing rollers, flattens corrugated board effectively, improves board stiffness and flatness.
  • Built-in horizontal & longitudinal slitter machine. Ordinary cutting blades or ultra-thin blades are optional as required. High automation level, simple operation, neat cutting edge without burrs.
  • Complete continuous production workflow, capable of mass producing multi-layer corrugated boards for packaging boxes. Suitable for food packaging, logistics cartons, commodity outer packaging and customized packaging orders.
